Front Gate Manager / Volunteer supervisor Date: 4th January 2020 Hours: 10am - 9pm Hourly rate: $30/ hr PURPOSE: Management of the Front Gate. KEY DUTIES: Management of the Front Gate in an efficient, customer focused manner. Management and maintenance of the Front Gate including but not limited to: Ensure that the Front Gate provides excellent customer service to its patrons, escalating any specialised complaints/requests to FOH Ops Manager and Security Manager when required Oversee all Volunteers and volunteer shift swap over. Manage volunteer training with ticketing providers Provide hourly reports to FOH Ops Manager Liaise with Security Manager in effective operation of Front Gate Liaise with FOH Ops Manager and Security Manager for effective lane closure during course of event. Effectively supervise and support box office staff in dealing with difficult and exceptional behaviors and circumstances
